Good day to all and welcome to the site! Friends, the topic of our today's conversation will be a very strong and no less famous vehicle, a heavy Soviet tank of the ninth level - before you is the ST-1 guide.

Indeed, there are people who consider this unit to be better than the top one, and they are partly right. To understand why players love this heavy, whether it is worth downloading and how to counter this monster in battle, you need to know the CT-I characteristics, be able to correctly equip it with equipment, consumables, train the crew, etc.

Detailed TTX ST-1

We have at our disposal not the largest, but very decent margin of safety by the standards of classmates and a mediocre basic view of 380 meters, which, if desired, can be raised to acceptable values.

No wonder this heavy is called a real fortress, because its strongest side is an incredibly strong tower. The fact is that the CT-I TTX armor of this element is very serious. From the forehead, the tower can hardly break through even a tank destroyer of the tenth level, and in most cases the enemy will have to charge the gold if there is no way to target another element of our vehicle.

Regarding the body, everything is not so good. We are able to perfectly tank with the side, showing it at an acute angle, but the ST-I World of Tanks tank makes its way into the frontal projection without any problems, especially in the NLD.

We cannot boast of good mobility. Serious armor makes itself felt in this matter and it is worth noting that, although the ST-1 WoT has a good maximum speed, it is reluctant to gain it due to the weak ratio of horsepower per ton, and our maneuverability is completely weak.

ST-I gun

In terms of armament, a 122 mm cannon is installed on board, the same as that of the top heavy arm of this IS-4 branch, but, of course, some parameters are tweaked for the worse.

If you look at the serious one-time damage, there are no complaints, armor penetration is also good, but the rate of fire let us down, and in view of this, the DPM ST-1 gun does not produce very good, approximately 1985 without equipment.

Even more serious problems with accuracy. The spread of our heavyweight is quite large, the stabilization is limp on both legs, but the worst thing is the aiming speed of 3.4 seconds. We really have been reducing for a very long time and this parameter of the ST-1 World of Tanks needs to be improved as much as possible.

As for the vertical aiming angles, they are good. The cannon tilts down 8 degrees and in most cases this will be enough for you.

Advantages and disadvantages of CT-I

We have considered the most important characteristics, the parameters of the vehicle’s gun, and by and large everything is clear here. However, for ease of perception, it is still worth highlighting the main strengths and weaknesses of the ST-1 heavy tank separately.

Pros:
Impeccably strong tower;
Strong sides;
Good alpha strike;
Decent armor penetration;
Comfortable vertical aiming angles;
Good top speed.
Minuses:
Mediocre frontal armor of the hull;
Weak DPM;
Small review;
Mediocre accuracy and very long mixing;
Poor dynamics and maneuverability.

Equipment for ST-1

In our case, it is quite easy to select additional modules, but you need to take this issue seriously, because a lot depends on your choice. The most important thing is to improve the speed of mixing, but the machine has other weaknesses, so we put the following equipment on the ST-1:
1. is an excellent option, especially considering that the DPM leaves much to be desired in our country.
2. - the most necessary module to improve accuracy (mixing will start from a smaller circle).
3. - a complex increase in several parameters at once, including damage per minute, information, and view.

The third item can be replaced with , which will significantly improve the viewing parameters. But most often we will engage in close combat and whether it is worth sacrificing a complex boost of characteristics, everyone decides for himself.

Crew training on ST-I

An equally important aspect in our game and in the case of this heavyweight. However, there is nothing fundamentally new here, we are pursuing the same goals, but forget about such important nuances such as the rate of repair should not be. Thus, on CT-1, perks swing in the following sequence:
Commander (radio operator) - , , , .
Gunner - , , , .
Driver mechanic - , , , .
Loader - , , , .
Loader - , , , .

Equipment for ST-1

With consumables, too, everything should be clear and familiar. If the supply of silver allows, take , and . Such a set will allow us to get out of a delicate situation with the least damage (which will often occur), because we must restrain the enemy forces by tanking damage. By the way, this unit rarely burns, you may well take it instead of a fire extinguisher. However, for those who do not have extra silver or gold, it is better to put equipment in the form of , , on the ST-1 tank. With such a set, you can also successfully fight.

Tactics of the game on ST-1

We have a very strong machine in our hands, endowed with unprecedentedly strong armor and powerful weapons. This unit can no doubt be called a real breakthrough tank, but due to limited mobility, you need to choose the direction of attack carefully.

Of course, on the CT-I, the tactics of combat is to position yourself on the first line. You have to learn how to play from the tower as well as possible. Thanks to its strength and comfortable vertical aiming angles, you can use various ruins, embankments and terrain so that almost no one can break through you.

But it is important to understand that the ST-1 World of Tanks are better don't show at all, take positions where the artillery can't shoot at you freely and you always have to dance. By moving slightly back and forth and slightly turning the turret from side to side, you make it harder to target the vulnerable command hatch.

In such realities, the Soviet heavy tank CT-1 WoT should play from alpha. Having made a shot, it is advisable to hide for the duration of reloading. If tanking only with the turret is not possible, try to rotate the hull, which will increase the angle of the reduced armor and increase the chances of not penetrating or ricocheting.

Another good trick, especially on city maps, is tanking with a reverse diamond. The ST-1 tank has strong sides and showing them from behind the building at a good angle, it will also be difficult to break through you.

For the rest, it is better not to be alone, even such a giant is very vulnerable to a superior number of maneuverable opponents. Keep an eye on the mini-map, assess the situation in the battle, and if you are not sure in any of the directions, it is better not to go far from the base so that there is a chance to return and break the capture.

Hello everyone, WWE and today my guide will talk about the Soviet Heavy Tank of level 9 - ST-1. For me personally, that tank is the best TT lvl 9.

ST-1

Story

The order of pumping

1) We replace the 122 mm D-25T cannon with the BL-9 in the first place, because a cannon with a penetration of 175 mm BB is simply terrible for a TT-9 level, and it will be hard on gold. So I advise you to pump the BL-9 cannon through freedom, but if you have a top-end IS-3, then the game will be much easier.

2) After installing the BL-9, the tank will be loaded by weight, after which it is necessary to install the top chassis or buy " Reinforced torsion bars +5t"

3) Change the stock turret (170/170/160mm) to the top turret (250/160/160) thereby increasing visibility by 20m and armor.

4) We are pumping, top, gun 122 mm M62-T2. Which will be the top one on the IS-4.

5) Although the engine will give an increase of only 50hp, the tank will become a little faster.

6, 7) Walkie-talkie, but it will be upgraded on previous tanks.

Booking and location of modules.

The frontal armor of the hull is less than that of the German colleagues and is 140mm, but with a good inclination of the VLD, it will be problematic for classmates to break through the hull in the forehead. There are two weak zones in the tank hull: the mech-water hatch and the NLD. For tanks with a penetration of up to 260mm, it will be difficult to break through the hatch, things are much easier with the NLD, the slope of the NLD at the tank is small and I break through all and sundry there, but the size of the NLD, compared to German colleagues, complicates the task. When breaking through the forehead of the hull, the modules are not critical, but the driver is honestly shell-shocked when breaking through the NLD.

Frontal armor of the turret, top, has no flaws, the turret is able to withstand level 10 tank destroyers on gold!! Armor, gun mantlet is 300mm, but small sizes will be very difficult to target, cheek armor is 500mm!! And the armor of the hatch on the turret is 220mm, and for tanks of level 7 and some tanks of level 8 it will be unrealistic to break through.

Along the sides of the hull, in the rear of the tank, there is an engine and tanks that are critical from the first shot.

On the sides of the tower, 1/3 of the tower is occupied by the BC, in the back of the tower, the rest of the crew members are located in the tower.

Pros and cons of this unit.

Armor. The hull armor is decent, it will not work to tank with the forehead, but we tank better than anyone with the side. The tank turret is a steel fortress that cannot be penetrated and will adequately withstand a blow from even the most dangerous tank.

UVN. Good HPs are a great way to tank with a tower using uneven terrain.

Suitable gun 122 mm M62-T2. It would be better, but the dpm and mixing of the IS-8 is better.

Small review

Long mixing 122mm M62-T2. 3.4 seconds compared to the mixing of the same gun in the IS-8, 2.9 seconds, just a shame.

Dynamics on soft ground. Posto horror is a slow and clumsy elephant.

Clinch. Who can't.

It is not recommended to clinch with tanks with a high silhouette (E-100, Yaga E-100, Mouse) because for them it is just a gift in the form of a free frag, because their gun is ideally located near the hatch in the turret, and we we won’t be able to do anything, because it won’t work to penetrate the E-100 in the forehead, and it’s unrealistic to aim the observation slot on the roof in the clinch. Therefore, take the chance to get used to the side or stern of the enemy and, in the forward-backward movement, hope that the enemy will miss or ricochet, but you slowly stuff him with damage.

Summarizing the available information for 1945, domestic engineers began to create a project for a heavy tank. This design of the tank involved the elimination of known shortcomings and the introduction of new solutions to the model of a heavy (and in some sources - super-heavy) tank:
- a built-in gun of large or medium caliber, plus two machine guns - small-caliber automatic guns;
- placement in the tank of the crew: the driver - the front of the tank, the gunner and the vehicle commander - the front of the turret, the loaders - the rear of the turret, behind the commander and gunner, respectively (the location of the vehicle commander is not accidental - thus, more full review, the presence of 2 loaders in the tank should provide an increased rate of fire);
- the niche of the tower has a pocket in which the ammunition for the gun was placed. This arrangement is possible for various types of ammunition, which also leads to an increase in the rate of fire;
- in addition, the sleeve guard is provided with a centering cartridge, a swinging spring-loaded roller, which reduces the loading action and increases the rate of fire;

Soviet super heavy tank ST-1

The designer of this machine is Valentin Ganin. This man had work experience at the notorious Bolshevik plant, and from 1942 to 1945 he was a senior engineer at the Central Artillery Design Bureau of Plant No. 92 (Grabin Design Bureau). However, he is better known as a rocket scientist, in particular, it was he who came up with the idea of an underwater launch of rockets. Ganin in total owns 62 works in the field of artillery, aviation, rocket technology, including 24 copyright certificates. In a word, a very difficult person. The project of the ST-I tank is not very bad, it had many original solutions, first used in tank building. But a person does not have a design bureau behind his back and, more importantly, influential people. Plus, tankers do not like gunners. In general, the project was forgotten and handed over to the archive, where it is still stored.

Ganin was assisted by a young engineer Chasovnikov, a graduate of the Bauman Academy. He also has many inventions and achievements to his credit.

Ganin was an outstanding designer. Ganin, together with Chasovnikov, created a draft of their tank together, and their work was based only on their enthusiasm and dedication to their work - there was no order for the design of just such a tank from the state. To be honest, most of the best weapons created in Russia (I don’t know how in other countries) were invented precisely by enthusiastic designers.

Here is how Ganin saw the problems of tank building in 1945:

Known samples of domestic and foreign heavy tanks have a number of serious shortcomings in the arrangement of the fighting compartment, running gear, etc., which reduce their combat value.

The main disadvantages are the following:

By cannon and fighting compartment
1) Insufficient rate of fire of the gun with medium and large calibers.
2) The lack of stabilization of the gun and turret, which makes it very difficult to fire on the move of the tank.
3) A small ammunition load for the gun, which reduces the combat value of the tank.
4) The existing artillery systems of medium and large calibers are difficult to accommodate in the limited dimensions of the tank turret.
5) The possibility of increasing the initial speeds of armor-piercing shells with the same weight of the projectile and charge and maintaining the dimensions of the gun was excluded.
6) The location of the tank commander relative to the gun and the gunner has drawbacks in existing tanks, such as: swinging the gun, recoil of the gun, falling spent cartridges and the work of the loader in the process of loading - all this unnerves the commander, distracting him from observing the battlefield. The view ahead of the tank is also relatively limited.
7) Installing a gun in a tank turret is technologically complex and structurally unfavorable.
8) In the presence of an anti-aircraft machine gun, it is impossible to simultaneously fire at a ground and air enemy.
9) The problem of reliable ventilation of the fighting compartment from powder gases has not been completely resolved, which is especially important with powerful rapid-fire guns.
10) On many tanks, there is no foot-operated smooth drive for electric (hydro) turret rotation.

By hull and running gear
1) For the purpose of possible underwater walking of heavy tanks, the sealing of the tower and the cannon-embrasure passage was a difficult place.
2) Tank equipment for underwater navigation is quite complicated and unreliable (in emergency cases).
3) The diameter of the rollers, the location of the caterpillar chain is not rational on all heavy tanks

List of inventions and innovations that Ganin introduced into his project.

The present design of a heavy tank aims to eliminate the listed disadvantages and is distinguished by the following features that are the subject of the invention:

1) Built-in installation of a medium or large caliber gun and two machine guns (small caliber guns).
2) Accommodation of the tank crew:
- driver - in the nose of the tank;
- commander and gunner - in front of the tower;
- two loaders - behind the commander and gunner.
This arrangement of the tank commander provides him with the best view and the most peaceful position.
The presence of two loaders significantly increases the rate of fire of the tank gun.
3) In the pocket of the niche of the tower in the direction of loading, there is a rapid-fire ammunition rack (constructively, as a special case of a cell) of shots for a gun. At the same time, such an arrangement is possible both for unitary cartridges and for separate loading shots (installation in tandem with a spring). This allows you to eliminate unnecessary movements when loading the gun, which also dramatically increases its rate of fire.
4) A centering cartridge, a swinging spring-loaded roller, which reduces the dimensions of loading the gun and increases its rate of fire, is located on the gun sleeve guard.
5) To increase the initial speed of the armor-piercing projectile of the gun with the same weight of the projectile, charge and unchanged dimensions of the guns, a special far nozzle nozzle was used.
6) In order to stabilize the gun in the vertical plane of fire, which ensures accuracy of fire on the move, a special lifting mechanism for self-stabilization of the artillery system of the mobile gun mount was used.
7) To create course stabilization of the tank turret, which ensures accuracy of fire from the tank’s course, a special rotary mechanism of the turret’s own stabilization is used along the horizon.
8) For self-defense against aviation, a semi-armored heavy machine gun (small-caliber cannon) is installed in the hatch above one loader, with a special hinged shoulder pad that improves aiming. During the period when one loader is firing from an anti-aircraft machine gun, the rest of the crew continues their normal combat work (the commander is watching the battlefield, the second loader is loading the gun, the gunner is firing at ground targets). The design proposed by the author is implemented in the sample.
9) To provide a convenient foot drive for horizontal electro (hydro) rotation of the tower, a special footboard with a swinging hand-foot lever was used.
10) The electric rotation of the tank turret is planned to be carried out according to the Ward-Leonardo or Ampledin scheme. The duplication of the control of the electric turret rotation drive was assigned to the tank commander, for transferring the turret or when specifying a target.
11) The most technologically and structurally advantageous installation of the gun in the tank turret is ensured by the use of a box-shaped frame in which the gun cradle is mounted on the trunnions. The processed frame is welded to the tower. This eliminates the processing for installing a gun inside the turret, possible distortions, etc.
12) To use smoke mines to camouflage a tank or throw fragmentation mines against infantry, a breech-loading mortar is installed. Through the tube of a mortar from a rocket launcher, the tank commander gives signals with flares.
13) There are three hatches: at the commander in his commander's cupola and at both loaders, which facilitates the quick exit of the crew from the tank and the convenience of the tank commander during normal maintenance of the anti-aircraft machine gun.
14) The installation of a freely rotating commander's hatch is provided, and when transferring the tower, its stabilization on the target (handling the corner).
15) Sights:
- guns - monocular breaking sight with variable magnification and variable field of view (TSh);
- an anti-aircraft machine gun - a collimator sight and a sighting sight (mainly for reconciling the collimator).
16) In order to better ventilate the fighting compartment from propellant gases, a local suction of gases from spent cartridge cases flying out of the breech was used through the sleeve fencing pipe (made with holes) using an exhaust fan.
17) To ventilate the fighting compartment, a blower-type fan located above the gun is used.
18) Air supply of consumer units in the tower is provided, as a special case, from the engine through the air WU.
19) The commander has a rotating seat with a back and a special footboard.
20) Removable suspended loader seats.
21) Most of the tank's ammo rack is fast-firing and located in the turret.
22) The embrasure unit provides the best armor protection of the frontal part of the tower, the most advantageous manufacturability and ease of manufacture of the armor, allows reliable sealing against the penetration of water, OM vapors, and bullets.
23) Inflatable tubes located in special grooves are used to seal the turret skirt and obstruct the cannon barrel and swinging armor.
24) In order to ensure the possibility of underwater walking of the tank, a flexible hose with a swinging float or an extension pipe is provided for the suction pipeline of the engine. Exhaust can be made directly into the water or through an extension pipe into the atmosphere. When exhausting into water, the use of slotted check valves is desirable.
25) when the tank is underwater, an increase in air pressure is provided inside it to prevent water from penetrating through accidental leaks.
26) A hatch in the niche of the turret is used to remove the cannon from the tank turret.
27) Large-diameter track rollers are used, with caterpillars lying on them and raised idler and drive wheel axles, which ensures greater survivability of the undercarriage and its best dynamic qualities.

Soviet super heavy tank ST-1. Tank tower.

As you can see, there are a lot of innovations. First of all, emphasis was placed on increasing the firepower of the tank and improving visibility from the vehicle. The hull of the Object 701 tank was used as the chassis. The Object 701 is an early version of the IS-4. It differed from the final design of the suspension and transmission, and, as a result, had large-diameter rollers, without road wheels. The base of the ST-I tank should have looked something like this:

As many people know, the turret of the ST-1 tank is very similar to the American one. But in fact, this is a purely author's development of Ganin - the American T29 / T30 / T34 with their brutal towers were created by the Americans independently of Ganin.

Due to the above innovations, the tank was supposed to receive firepower unprecedented at that time. Here is the most important in a nutshell:
The introduction of a vertical stabilizer for the gun and a mechanism for horizontal stabilization of the turret (!) should have qualitatively improved the accuracy of fire, especially on the move.

The use of a special device (distant nozzle nozzle) made it possible to increase the armor penetration of all guns that were then in the arsenal by 12-20%. But this had one drawback - due to the increased projectile flight speed in this way (a guarantee of armor penetration), the resource of the barrel bore was significantly reduced.
The appearance of a second loader, working in pairs on both sides of the breech of the gun, as well as the removal of the ammunition rack into a special rear niche of the turret (as in modern NATO tanks), made it possible to significantly increase the rate of fire of the gun.
The increase in the working space, the introduction of powerful ventilation of the fighting compartment, the improvement of the commander's working conditions (rotating commander's cupola and commander's seat, electromechanical turret rotation device) made it possible to qualitatively improve the crew's efficiency.

Introduction

A Soviet Tier 9 heavy tank with an excellent turret and gun, as well as good HPP, which makes it possible to use turret tactics.

Study

The tank is researched for 166,000 experience and bought for 3,561,000 silver.
The order of research and purchase of modules is as follows:
  • Gun BL-9. On the tank, the IS-8 comes from the IS-3. We will have to explore it from scratch, for which we will have to skate a lot of battles with the 122mm D25T stock gun, which is not good
  • Chassis ST1M. It will allow us to install a top turret, a cannon and other heavy modules
  • Tower ST-1. It will increase the number of lives from 1800 to 1900. I must say right away that this tower has almost impenetrable armor, and will allow us just a colossal amount of damage
  • Gun 122mm М62-Т2. One of the best Soviet guns, it has high penetration, fairly fast reload and . Shows itself superbly in battle with tanks of levels 9-10
  • The V-12P engine adds only 50 horsepower, which for such a bulk as the ST-1 does not play any role, so it makes sense to explore it only if you want to make the tank an elite one
  • Walkie-talkies 12RT and R-113 were most likely investigated for and
  • Then we open the IS-4 tank for 189,000 experience.

Tactics

So, it's time to write about the tactics of playing this tank. ST-1 we get in the stock version. I advise you to buy immediately reinforced torsion bars, so as not to spend experience first on researching the running gear.

With a stock gun, the tank is terrible. We do not absolutely break through tanks of 9-10 levels and almost do not break through even 8 levels. I advise you not to switch to CT-1 until you have accumulated enough free experience to buy BL-9. If you still bought the ST-1 and play it with a stock gun, then I will share the tactics of playing it, based on my own sad experience.

We immediately load a full load of ammunition. It makes no sense to take golden shells, since even they are not enough, and when playing with a cannon, we will already go into a decent minus.

Our main goal will be to help the team by disabling enemy tank modules and killing their tankers. If the enemy team has German ATs from the waffle branch, then we are very lucky! These are almost the only tanks on which we can get decent damage.

So, with grief in half, we have accumulated a sufficient amount of experience on the BL-9. With this gun, we will finally be able to fight back against tanks of 9 levels. With this gun, it will not be difficult to save up for a top turret. This is where the fun begins! The tactics of the game are in many ways similar to the tactics of playing on American tanks, such as T32, T29. We stand behind a stone or a dead tank, set up a turret and hand out buns left and right, and we ourselves get solid ricochets and non-penetration. In one battle, you can receive up to 15k(!) potential damage! And finally, we research and buy a top gun. With this gun, we pierce absolutely everything and everything. As I said above, it makes no sense to install an engine, since the tank is rather slow, and the engine will not give a special increase. The radios should already be researched on other tanks of the Soviet branch.

Combat use

ST-1 is mainly used to push through enemy defenses. Very good characteristics of armor and guns allow us to fight on equal terms with any tank of level 9-10. But you should not go on the attack without the support of allies, since the ST-1 is not very maneuverable, and it will not be difficult to spin it even with some heavy tanks, such as

From this article you will learn: the history of the creation of the tank, comparison with other heavy tanks of level 9, consider the location of the modules and the places of penetration of the tank, as well as a few tips on the game.

History reference.

In 1945, the development of the ST-1 by the notorious rocket engineer Valentin Asikritovich Ganin began for the first time, this was his first serious development in tank building. He was also helped by a graduate of the Moscow State Technical University. N. E. Bauman, Chasovnikov. It was planned to use as a chassis from Ob. 701, which was adopted for the development of the IS-4 after minor modifications, and the turret was designed by Ganin himself. He also believed that modern heavy tanks had many shortcomings, they consisted of both towers and hulls, and many innovations were proposed to solve them.

In the hull, Ganin planned to increase the reliability of the tank equipment (to overcome the water barrier), as well as optimize the diameter of the rollers and the location of the caterpillar chain. As for the turret, it was planned to tightly seal it, combine the main gun with two machine guns or small-caliber cannons, optimize the location of the crew and increase the tank's ammunition load by increasing the pocket in the rear of the turret. In addition, add a cannon stabilizer, an electric/hydraulic turret traverse drive, install an anti-aircraft machine gun, increase the number of hatches to three, as well as a number of significant innovations.

Pros:

- good armor;
- good speed;
- good accuracy;
- excellent accurate and penetrating top gun 122 mm M62-T2

Minuses:

small review among classmates;
- small one-time damage in comparison with classmates (only M103 is weaker).

Compared to the old IS-4, the ST-1 does not have a single advantage, but a lot of disadvantages, weak armor, a large turret, a large NLD and a huge silhouette.

Location of modules.

In front of the case, behind the triplexes, there is a mechanical drive. In the tower on both sides of the gun is the commander and gunner.

In the side of the hull, he finds fuel tanks (200 HP) and an engine (370 HP). There is a radio module (200 HP) in the tower, as well as an ammo rack (210 HP) in the back of the tower. Of the crew members - loaders.

In the aft part of the hull is the engine (370 HP). There is an ammo rack in the tower (210 HP).

Penetration of the ST-1 tank and its weak points.

We will pierce with guns 100 mm Type 59.

It is difficult to penetrate the tank in the forehead due to good angles, but sometimes the damage goes to the triplex, behind which there is a mechanized driver. The NLD breaks through confidently when the tank stands straight towards us, but if the hull is turned and the tank stands in a rhombus, it is worth shooting at the cheekbones. There are two options here, if you break through, you will cause damage, if not, then it will ricochet and the projectile can hit the butt of the turret and hull, since there is 80 mm of armor and I advise all tanks with an accurate gun to shoot there.

As for the turret, you can try to penetrate the tank in the cheekbones, but it is very difficult, because 250 mm of armor is not enough, and if you have the opportunity to shoot at the hull, use it. I also want to note that in the clinch it is better not to shoot at the commander's cupola, because there is 200 mm of armor and it is round, which makes it almost impenetrable.

The tank is penetrated into the sides by all tanks with a penetration higher than 160 mm, that is, tanks are higher T-34-85. There are no problems with breaking through, compared to the old . The sides of the tower are also easily broken through despite the corners, and it is not small in size, plus there is an ammunition rack at the end of the tower.

I think about the stern, and so everything is clear, with its 100 mm armor, we pierce it anywhere, so in order not to waste your precious time, we proceed immediately to the next stage.

On this tank, you can easily tank damage due to its sides. In this position, the IS-4 will not be able to penetrate us, because the NLD is hidden with us, and the sides are at such an angle that they will never be penetrated.

There is a second option to tank damage, it is to become a rhombus or play with the body all the time in order to prevent the enemy from targeting the NLD.

Crew skills.

To all crew First of all - repair.

Second skin:

Gunner - Sniper
Mech-Water - King of the off-road
Loader - Intuition and non-contact ammo rack

Third skill- The Brotherhood of War.

Fourth skill: individual for each crew member

Loader - Disguise

Consumables and modules.

Modules: Rammer, reinforced aiming drives and fan.

Equipment: Repair kit, first aid kit and oil, because the tank rarely burns.

But even on all the shortcomings listed, you can bend over and do it quite successfully. Remember that there are no completely bad tanks, there are very bad and crooked hands, and even the most inconvenient and uncomfortable tank can reveal itself very well in the right hands.
