To consolidate children's knowledge of the rules and norms of behavior when working with sand;

Develop tactile-kinetic sensitivity, fine motor skills of the hands;

Develop coherent speech of children through stories about each other;

Develop the emotional-volitional sphere of children;

Cultivate the ability to play together, listen to the stories of your friends and follow the instructions.

Materials: sandbox - a wooden box with dry sand, bullet guns according to the number of children, napkins for hands, a toy - Sand Fairy, toys for sand play therapy, brushes, a tape recorder.

Lesson progress:

1. Organizational moment.

The children and the teacher are in the group. The sound of a bell is heard.

Teacher: Guys, what's the sound? Where is it distributed from?

Children listen and answer: - The sound comes from the sandbox!

Teacher: - Let's quickly open the magical sand country and see who is calling us?

The teacher opens the sandbox.

Teacher: - Strange?! Nobody's here! Probably, because we don’t see anyone, we forgot to say the magic words before playing with sand. Rather, stand in a circle and pronounce them.

Children stand in a circle and say a magic spell:

"Look at our hands,

Find kindness, love in them

To defeat the villains

It's not enough just to know a lot

Gotta be active

Brave, kind, strong

Also desirable

Do it carefully!"

(Music sounds, the teacher shows the figure of the sand Fairy.)

2. The main part.

Teacher: Guys! That's who called us! This is the Sand Fairy - the mistress of the Sand Country. Is she saying something? (The teacher pretends to listen to the words of the Fairy.)

Guys, she says there's a problem in the Sandland. An evil troll has bewitched her. She asks us for help, as the inhabitants of the magical land saw how friendly and attentive you were at the last lesson. Can we help the Sand Fairy?

Children: - Yes, of course!

Teacher: - But first we need to stand around the sandbox, hold hands. And everyone should give their name, because the Sand Fairy does not know how to address us.

(Children, together with the teacher, stand around the sandbox and take turns calling their names.)

Teacher: - And now, let's tell the Sand Fairy about our good deeds. But let's agree that each child does not talk about his good deeds, but about what good deeds your friend standing next to him did. So we will prove to the Fairy that we will not let her down and are ready to help her save the inhabitants of the sand country.

(Children make up stories about each other.)

Teacher: - Guys, the Fairy told me that now she knows for sure that it is you who must help her defeat the troll and save the sand inhabitants. But in order to get into a fairy tale, you need to believe in miracles very strongly, with all your soul, with all your heart, and pronounce the magic words. Maybe some of you know the magic words from fairy tales?

(Children call magic words from fairy tales.)

Teacher: Now I will tell you a spell, and you try to remember it:

"Sand Fairy help us,

Take me to a magical land

We clap our hands

One, two and three

Show me the way to a magical land"

(Music plays.)

Teacher: - So we found ourselves in a sandy fairyland. See, it's completely empty. Let's get the inhabitants of the country out of captivity as soon as possible. Let's hold hands, close our eyes and say a spell:

"Enemies imprisoned friends,

Let's wave our brush

One, two and three

And we will save our friends from trouble!

The teacher invites the children to take brushes and carefully dig out the sand in all corners of the Sand Country and rescue friends from the dungeon. Children use brushes to dig out toys hidden in the sand.

Teacher: - What good fellows you guys are! You tried so hard! See how the eyes of the inhabitants of the Sand Country glow, they smile at you! And you smile back.

Teacher: - Guys, we saved the inhabitants of the Sand Country, but look, everything around is destroyed. We have to create everything from the beginning. Look at the sand. What is he?

Children: - Dry.

Teacher: - Is it possible to build something from such sand?

Children: - No!!!

Teacher: - We need to revive the sand. And what do all living things need: plants, birds, animals, people for life?

Children: - Water!

Teacher: - Of course, water! But we will need helpers, because we cannot do it alone. Let's call the rain, which will help us revive everything, because all the rain drops are magical.

Exercise "Sand rain"

Each child is given a sprayer with which they spray the sand.

Teacher: - Look how many magical drops the rain has prepared for us. Take them and start watering the sand:

"Rain, pour more fun!

Don't feel sorry for the warm drops

For forests, for fields

And for little kids

For both moms and dads

Cap-cap! Cap-cap!"

Teacher: - You, good helpers! Sand is very grateful to you. But after all, we did not defeat the evil troll who bewitched the sandy country!

Exercise "Winner of Anger"

Music sounds

Teacher: - Let's make a tight ball out of the sand. And now on this ball we will draw an evil troll. What kind of troll do you think he is?

Children: (angry, doesn't like children, not good, scary, etc.).

Children, following the example of a teacher, make each of their balls, on which they mark with indentations or draw eyes, nose, mouth.

Teacher: - This is a "bad ball". Now destroy the sand ball and drive away the evil troll, remembering the magic words: "Drive away anger, invite joy"

(children destroy the sand ball with fists, palms, fingers).

Teacher: - Now slowly level the surface of the sand with your hands. Let's put our hands on the sand. Do you feel there is no more evil troll? Well done! We conquered anger and coped with the task.

Exercise "Patterns in the sand"

Teacher: - Guys, look, there is no joy and life in the Sand Country. We need to help restore beauty to a small world. Do you love to draw?

(Children answer.)

Teacher: - Then, let's rather draw beautiful patterns on the sand with our fingers and hands, and then decorate them with magic pebbles and beads. See what patterns you can draw (the teacher draws patterns: wavy paths, fences, ladders). Come up with your own pattern.

(Children do the task.)

Teacher: - Wonderful! Look at the patterns of your friends, do you like them?

(Children answer by commenting on their answers.)

Teacher: Now it is necessary that joy and happiness reign in the country, as it was before.

(The song "Little Country" will memorize.) Look what else we have disenchanted (the teacher gives the children a box with plants, buildings, animals)

Children arrange objects in the sand

Teacher: - Well, the Sand Country has come to life! The fairy is very grateful to you for your help and now she will be looking forward to your visit. And it's time for us to say goodbye to the inhabitants of the magical land and return to the group.

At the end of the work, the children wipe their hands with wet wipes and sit on the chairs.

3. Outcome (reflection, assessment).

Teacher: - Guys, tell me, where have we been today?

Children: - Visiting the Sand Fairy.

Teacher: - And what did we do in the Sand Country?

Children: - Saved its inhabitants from the evil troll and revived the country itself.

Teacher: - What was the sand like in the sand country?

Children: - Dry and wet.

Teacher: What is the difference between dry sand and wet sand?

Children: - Dry sand - pours, nothing can be built from it, but wet sand is the opposite.

Teacher: We did a lot of good deeds today. I am in a joyful mood, I am glad to help the inhabitants of the Sand Country. And what mood do you have, what new things have you learned for yourself?

(Children answer.)

VISIT THE SAND FAIRY

Lesson 1.

"Meet the Sand Fairy"

Target: familiarization with the work in the sandbox, group cohesion, development of tactile sensations, the formation of positive emotions.

Material: Sandbox (wooden box with dry sand), doll dressed as a fairy.
Lesson progress
The teacher invites the children to the sandbox. They sit on chairs around a "sandbox" covered with a cloth.

teacher: Hello! Guys, today sand has come to us to tell its secrets, to tell interesting stories and fairy tales. Here, in our sandbox, lives the Sand Fairy. She is very funny and knows a lot of games. But she will be able to reveal her secrets only to those who are ready to abide by her laws. The Sand Fairy is rarely shown to people, but if we are real wizards, we can see her.

teacher: For this we need to stand around the sandbox, hold hands. And everyone has to give their name. ^

Children. Im Anya. I am Roma. I am Seryozha
teacher: Hello children! I'm glad to see you. Today we will begin our acquaintance with a magical land. She is not ordinary, but sandy. But to get into it, you need to say magic words and perform a special, magical ritual.
^ The ritual of "entry" to the Sandland:
Music sounds
teacher: Extend your arms over the sandbox, palms down. Please close your eyes and say a spell behind me:
Look at our palms
Find kindness, love in them
To defeat the villains
It's not enough just to know a lot
Gotta be active
Brave, kind, strong
Also desirable
Do everything carefully!
The Sand Fairy appears and invites the children to the sandbox.

Playing with the Sand Fairy . The Sand Fairy invites children to visit her in the sandbox. Children carefully examine the sandbox itself (its shape, color, material from which it is made), the symbolic designation of the sky, water and earth. When working with older preschoolers, you can immediately come up with a greeting ritual (the sound of a bell, a certain movement, etc.). Also, with the help of the Sand Fairy, children designate for themselves some rules of behavior in the sandbox.

Rules of conduct in the sandbox

There are no harmful children in the country -
After all, they have no place in the sand!
Here you can not bite, fight
And throw sand in your eyes!
Do not destroy foreign countries!
Sand is a peaceful country
You can build and wonder
You can do a lot:
Mountains, rivers and seas,
For life to be around

Rules:
Do not intentionally throw sand out of the sandbox.

Do not throw sand at others or take it in your mouth.

After the game, you need to help the Sand Fairy put all the toys in their places.

Wash your hands after playing in the sand.

Then the children talk about what games and activities in the sand can bring pleasure and joy. The fairy praises each child who speaks and offers to play different games with her.

Exercise "Hello, sand!"

Target : reduction of psychophysical stress.

The host, on behalf of the fairy, asks to “greet the sand” in different ways, that is, to touch the sand in various ways. Child:

Touches the sand alternately with the fingers of one, then the second hand, then with all fingers at the same time;

Easily / with tension compresses fists with sand, then slowly pours it into the sandbox;

Touches the sand with the whole palm, the inside, then the back;

Grinds sand between fingers, palms.

In the latter case, you can hide a small flat toy in the sand: “One of the inhabitants of the sand wanted to say hello to you ..”

Children describe and compare their feelings: “warm - cold”, “pleasant - unpleasant”, “prickly, rough”, etc.

Sand fairy. Today we will decorate our sand house. See what patterns you can draw in the sand. Draw like me. Come up with your own pattern, drawing. At the top of the sandbox there will be patterns of circles, and at the bottom - of triangles.

Exercise "Patterns in the sand"

Target: consolidation of knowledge about sensory standards, establishment of patterns.

The facilitator draws with a finger, with the edge of the palm, with a brush in the upper part of the sandbox various geometric shapes (in accordance with the age norms of mastering), simple / complex patterns (straight and wavy paths, fences, ladders). Children should draw the same pattern below in the sand, or continue the leader's pattern. Option: the leader draws on the board, gives verbal instructions to draw a certain pattern on the sand.

The same patterns on the sand are made by laying out objects in a given sequence, for example, pebbles, acorns, large buttons, etc.

Game-exercise "Secret tasks of moles"

Target: development of tactile sensitivity, relaxation, activation of interest.

First you need to introduce the guys to the animals that live underground.

Sand fairy. Today our hands can turn into moles. Like this. (The facilitator waves his hands and folds them like a duck, showing the children the eyes, nose and two teeth drawn on the knuckles.)Want to turn your hands into moles? I need to help my mole complete an important secret mission underground. (At the request of the child, the leader carefully draws a nose and eyes on the knuckles of his fingers).Well, what are we plunging into the sand? Watch and do like my mole.

The facilitator immerses one hand in the sand, moves it under the sand (draws the child's attention to changes in the surface of the sand), and then carefully digs out each finger. Then the child does the same. After that, they dig each other's hands (you can blow on the sand, use a feather, sticks, brushes).

Option: carry out all actions with your eyes closed - look for each other's fingers in the sand, shake them (moles greet affectionately or shake each other's paws with force).

Reflection.

Look at our palms -
They have become wiser!
Thank you, our dear sand,
You helped us all grow!

Lesson 2.

"Sand Country Journey"

Target: activation of actions with dry and wet sand, reduction of psychophysical stress, development of fine motor skills of the hands, education of emotional responsiveness.

Material: Sandbox (wooden box with dry sand), watering can, doll dressed as a fairy.
Lesson progress
Leading: Hello guys! Today I propose to tell the Sand Fairy about our good deeds (for younger children). But let's agree that Anya will tell about what good deeds Roma did, Roma will tell about Seryozha, Seryozha - about Katya (option for older ones) So we will prove to the Sand Fairy that we are real wizards. After all, wizards do good deeds all the time.

Look at our palms
Find kindness, love in them,
Sand Fairy, come!

The sandbox opens and the Sand Fairy appears.

The fairy invites you to go on a journey through the Sandland.

Together they recall the rules for working in the sandbox. (See activity 1)

Sand fairy. In my country, there may be an unusual sandy rain and a sandy wind. It is very nice. You yourself can arrange such rain and wind. See how it goes.

Exercise "Sand rain"

Target : regulation of muscle tension, relaxation.

The child slowly and then quickly pours sand from his fist into the sandbox, into the palm of the leader, into his own palm.

The child closes his eyes and puts his palm with spread fingers on the sand, the adult pours sand on any finger, and the child names this finger. Then they switch roles.

Exercise "Sand wind" (breathing)

Target: teach children to control inhalation-exhalation.

Children can be invited to first say a pleasant wish to their friends, give a wish to the sand country, “blowing it into the sand”, you can also blow indentations, pits on the surface of the sand. For these games, you can use disposable straws for a cocktail.

This exercise can be combined with aromatherapy. The child inhales the smell of an aromatic mixture specially selected for him (tonic or relaxing). When exhaling, the child easily blows on his palms with sand, blowing it into the sandbox.

Exercise "Unusual traces"

Target:R development of tactile sensitivity, imagination.

Before starting the game, the Sand Fairy tells us that the sand must be wet. But how to do it?
That's right, it needs to be watered. Now get started!

Children moisten the sand by watering from a watering can.

Then they start imprinting footprints on wet sand.

« Bear cubs are coming"- the child presses the sand with fists and palms with force.

"Jumping Hares"- with the fingertips, the child hits the surface of the sand, moving in different directions.

"The snakes are crawling"- the child with relaxed / tense fingers makes the surface of the sand wavy (in different directions).

"Spider bugs run"- the child moves all his fingers, imitating the movement of insects (you can completely immerse your hands in the sand, meeting hands with each other under the sand - “bugs say hello”).

Crocazybla- children leave a wide variety of footprints in the sand, come up with a name for a fantastic animal that left such footprints (later this animal can be drawn and made into a sand country inhabitant).

Well done, and now we will level the sand and, in turn, draw each of our moods on the sand.
At the end of the work, the facilitator invites the children to wash their hands and sit on chairs.
Reflection of the lesson:
Leading: Children, today we again visited a magical land, met with the Sand Fairy. We learned what sand is. What is the difference between dry sand and wet sand? I am now in a very good mood: I learned a lot of new things. What new did you learn? (children's answers)
^ The ritual of "exit" from the Sandland
Look at our palms -
They have become wiser!
Thank you, our dear sand,
You helped us all grow!
After saying these words, the guys say goodbye to the Sand Fairy.

Lesson 3.

"Visiting the Sand Fairy"

Target: improvement of skills in working with sand, development of fantasy, visual-figurative thinking, tactile-kinesthetic sensitivity, actualization of emotions.
Material: Sandbox (in it the sand is dry or wet), doll - Sand Fairy, brushes, watering can, tape recorder.
Lesson progress
Leading: Guys, do you like fairy tales? I love it too! Especially those in which there are good wizards and fairies. Today I want to tell you a story. Somewhere far, far away beyond the sea-ocean, in the Far Far Away kingdom, in the Far Far Away state, the Sand Fairy lives for herself, the Sand Fairy is doing well. And this fairy is not simple, she is a kind sorceress who loves children and really wants to get to know you.
Leading: Do you want to get into a fairy tale and get to know her? ...
Children. Yes!
Leading: But to get into a fairy tale, you need to believe in miracles very strongly, with all your soul, with all your heart, and pronounce the magic words together. Maybe some of you know the magic words from fairy tales?...
^ The ritual of "entry" to the Sandland

Look at our palms
Find kindness, love in them,
Sand Fairy, come!

Leading: So we found ourselves in a fairy-tale land. The host takes the doll - the Sand Fairy and says: Guys, look, the fairy is very sad ... Let me ask the fairy what happened? The presenter pretends that the fairy is saying something in his ear, while changing his facial expression: surprised, puzzled ...
Leading: The fairy told me that in the universe there was a sandy country with green forests, beautiful flowers, blue lakes and sunny cities. The inhabitants of this country were very happy, because no one forbade them anything. They could eat sweets, ride a carousel, run through puddles, talk to unusual animals, birds and flowers, make friends with gnomes, sing and dance. But one day an evil wizard destroyed everything in the sand country. And the sand country became dark and lifeless.
Leading: My good friends, are you ready to help the fairy return beauty to her country?...
Children. (Answers)
Leading: Thank you for agreeing to help the fairy. They will help us along the way: loyalty, kindness, courage and friendship
Leading: And here is the sand country where the friends of the sand fairy live. Look. How empty and depressing it is. One sand. But this sand is not simple. He is magical. He can feel touch. Hear. Talk
Game-exercise "Sand hide and seek"
Leading: An evil wizard imprisoned all sand dwellers in a dungeon. It's dark, cold, lonely there. We must help them get out of there. But our little friends are guarded by the wizard's servants. To prevent them from seeing us, we need to hide and say a spell. Let's take each other's hands, close our eyes and say a spell
Sand fairy help us
Enemies imprisoned friends,
Let's wave our brush
One, two and three
And we will save our friends from trouble
The teacher invites the children to take brushes and carefully dig out the sand in all corners of the Sand Country and rescue friends from the dungeon. Children use brushes to dig out toys hidden in the sand
^ Leading: I am proud of you! You tried so hard! Look how their eyes light up, they smile at you! And you smile back at them
Leading: Guys, we saved the inhabitants of the Sandland, but look around everything is destroyed. You and I have to create everything first. Look at the sand, what is it like?
^ Children: Dry
Leading: Can something be built from such sand?
Children: NO!!!
Leading: But we need to revive the sand. And what do all living things (plants, birds, animals, people) need to live?
^ Children: Water!
Leading A: Of course, water. But we will need helpers, because we cannot do it alone. Let's call the rain, which will help us revive everything, because the rain has all the drops - magic
Exercise "Winner of Anger".
Music sounds
Leading: Let's make a tight ball out of sand. And now on this ball we will draw an evil wizard. And what is he, a wizard?
Children: (evil, doesn't like children, not good)
^ Children, following the example of an adult, make a ball of wet sand, on which they mark with indentations or draw eyes, nose, mouth
Leading: This is a "bad ball". Now destroy the sand ball and drive away the evil wizard, not forgetting the magic words: "Drive away anger, invite joy." Children with fists, palms, fingers destroy the sand ball
Leading: Now slowly level the surface of the sand with your hands. Let's put our hands on the sand. Do you feel like there is no more evil wizard? I congratulate you, we coped with the task. We have conquered anger!
Game-exercise "We create the world"

Target: development and expansion of the child's ideas about the world around him of living and inanimate nature, about the man-made world of man.

The host shows how to build various living and non-living communities in the sandbox - a city, a village, a forest, a river, a lake, an island, and then in a playful way encourages the child to build various natural and man-made communities independently and according to the instructions. (the theme of the constructions may correspond to the theme of the group lessons).

"A Lesson in Magic: Forest, Glade and Their Inhabitants"

Target: development of tactile sensitivity, auditory memory, arbitrariness.

sand fairy . Today you turn into little wizards, but even magic is not done just like that. Now the Sand Fairy will turn the sandbox into a forest, she will say the magic words: "Firs, birches, mushrooms." You must close your eyes and wait a little, but do not open your eyes without permission. (Children close their eyes, the leader silently plants sand with toy trees, flowers, mushrooms.)Open your eyes and look - how beautiful, interesting it turned out to be! The fairy has wonderful helpers - fingers (the leader squeezes and unclenches his fingers, “walks” with them on the sand, digs holes, the children do the same).Ask your fingers to help you with magic. Now you say the same magic words as the fairy and make another forest. What animals live in the forest? Invite them to your forest .

If the children incorrectly reproduced the “magic words”, the presenter hides some of the toys, repeats the words again. After “planting the forest”, the facilitator can enter a few more additional words related to the plot for memorization, for example, the name of a tree, flower, mushroom (no more than three or four new words).

Exercise "Patterns in the sand"
teacher: Look, in our Sandland there is no joy and life. We need to bring beauty back to this little world. Do you like to draw?..
^ Children: answers
Leading: I hope you draw well. I suggest you draw in an unusual way: on the sand with your fingers, hands. Let's draw beautiful patterns in the sand, and then decorate them with magic beads. See what patterns you can draw in the sand. The teacher draws patterns (straight and wavy paths, fences, ladders). Come up with your own pattern
^ Leading: Wonderful! Look at the patterns of your friends, do you like them?
Children: answers
Leading: Now it is necessary for the country to become as joyful and happy as it was before (the soundtrack of N. Koroleva’s song “Little Country” sounds). Look what else has been shattered. The teacher gives the children boxes with plants (trees, flowers); various buildings, structures; animals
Children arrange objects in the sand
Leading: The sand country came to life! Thank you my little wizards! And it's time for us to go back
Reflection of the lesson:
Leading: Children, today we met with a magical country, saved the inhabitants of the Sand Country, revived the country itself! We learned what sand is. What is the difference between dry sand and wet sand? We prepared wet sand ourselves. We have done many good deeds today. I am in a joyful mood, I am glad to help the inhabitants of the Sand Country. What is your mood and what have you learned? (children's answers)

Correction and development program "Live Sand"

The best toy for children is a pile of sand!

K.D. Ushinsky

Explanatory note

The problems of children with behavioral disorders, the associated learning difficulties are currently particularly relevant. Constantly excited, inattentive, hyperactive children require attention. Sand therapy can help children with various psychological problems.

Playing with sand is one of the most favorite activities for children. But playing with sand is not just a pastime. This is a lot of new emotions and educational games. The child himself reaches for the sand, and you just need to give this craving a creative component, and from the usual picking in the sand, an educational process is obtained.

The main advantage of sand therapy is that a child can build a whole world in a simple and interesting way, while feeling himself the creator of this world.

Sand therapy for children is a great opportunity for self-expression, development of creative inclinations in a child, as well as a simple and effective way to learn how to express your feelings, emotions, experiences.

Sand therapy classes provide harmonization of the psycho-emotional state of the child as a whole, and also have a positive effect on the development of fine motor skills, sensory skills, speech, thinking, intelligence, and imagination. It is often difficult for children to express their emotions and feelings correctly, and playing in the sand, a child can, without noticing it, talk about the problems that concern him and relieve psycho-emotional stress.

The main goal of the correction - removal of psycho-emotional stress, development of tactile sensitivity, creation of a positive emotional mood. To achieve this goal, various games and exercises with kinetic sand are used: “Sand rain”, “Footprints on the path”, “Magic mound”, “Gate and fences”, “Find and name”, turns the correctional and developmental lesson into an interesting and exciting a game during which children are emotionally liberated, actively and freely express their emotions and moods in sand buildings.

The use of this therapeutic kinetic sand contributes to the correction of associative behavior in preschoolers, the removal of symptoms of anxiety, hyperreactivity, isolation, the formation of the ability to express feelings, increase self-esteem and the formation of self-confidence.Kinetic sand develops fine motor skills of the hands, has a beneficial effect on tactile sensations, and also soothes and relaxes the muscles of the hands. Properly selected games and exercises with sand contribute to the removal of psycho-emotional stress, as well as the development of interhemispheric interaction.

Kinetic Sand is a sand that is a cross between plasticine and sand from a sandbox. You can sculpt various shapes from it or cut them out using molds, and then with one movement of your hand it will turn back into a crumbly sandy mass. Kinetic sand is 98% natural sand and 2% polymer, but that 2% makes a huge difference. Sand does not freeze and does not cause allergic reactions. It does not crumble into small grains and does not leave greasy marks like plasticine. The magical texture of the mass is so pleasant to the touch and incredible in its effects that it fascinates children and adults no less than building sand castles on the sea coast. Children are satisfied with an interesting game, and adults do not worry about soiled furniture, room and child's hands.

Sand therapy is helpful if a child has:

    poor sleep, nightmares;

    fine motor skills are poorly developed;

    tantrums, disobedience, whims;

    logoneurosis (stuttering), speech delays, and other speech problems;

    shyness, self-doubt;

    aggression, anxiety;

    lack of understanding with parents;

    neurotic disorders;

    urinary or fecal incontinence (enuresis, encopresis);

    psychosomatic diseases;

    fear of school, kindergarten;

    frequent tearfulness (for no reason);

    The child has been under a lot of stress.

The results are individual and depend on the goals set at the beginning of the remedial course:

    The general emotional state of the child will improve;

    Fears, negative emotions, experiences will go away;

    Development of imagination, creativity;

    Development of thinking, speech, memory, attention, fine motor skills;

    Development of self-esteem and self-confidence;

    Adaptation in a new environment (kindergarten, school);

    Improving relationships with parents and peers;

    Formation of positive character traits.

Games and exercises with sand.

This game will help teach your child how to count.

You will need kinetic sand and a small toy, such as a Kinder Surprise.

We make several piles of sand, in one of them we hide a toy. The child needs to find it at the prompt of an adult: "Look in the third pile on the right" or "In the fifth on the left." After that, you can invite the baby to hide the toy himself and tell you how to find it.

Gradually increase the number of piles.

"Treasure map".

This game will help the child master such a difficult task as drawing maps, it also contributes to the development of spatial thinking and imagination.

Needed to play , a set of small toys, paper, felt-tip pen, pencil or pen.

First, the psychologist, together with the child, draws a map-scheme, where houses, trees, rivers, roads, and the like are conventionally indicated. Next, the child independently builds a sand composition using a drawn map. When everything is built, the kid turns away, and the adult hides the toys in various places of the sand composition and marks the places with “treasures” with crosses on the map. At the end of the game, the child looks for items in kinetic sand using a map.

A variant of the game is possible, where the child draws a map and hides "treasures", and adults are looking for them.

"Guess a riddle".

This game can be played even with toddlers. Despite the simplicity, this game helps in the development of fine motor skills and thinking.

To play, you will need a sandbox with live or kinetic sand and small toys.

The rules are very simple - the baby turns away, and you hide the answer toy in the sand. Then the child turns around, you make a riddle, and he must guess it and check the correctness of the answer by finding the answer in the sand.

"Farm Frenzy".

This game will help the child in developing the ability to classify, attention, memory.

To play, you will need a kinetic space sandbox and small toys.

We start the game by asking you to build a fun farm in the sandbox and settle only pets on it. The child must build a sand composition himself and choose only the necessary toys from the offered toys. Next, we ask the child to remember all the animals that he settled on the farm. After that, he turns away, and you remove one of the toys. When the baby turns around, he must find and name who is missing. By analogy, you can make a fairy forest, a magical garden, a flower field and more out of sand.

Game "Unusual tracks".

The child presses the sand with his palms and fists, hits its surface with his fingertips, moves his hands in different directions, makes the surface wavy, moves all his fingers at the same time - the goal, imitation of traces of animals, reptiles, birds and insects.

Find the difference game.

The child draws any simple picture on the surface of the sand, then shows it to an adult, while he himself turns away at this time. The adult draws some details and shows the resulting image to the child. The kid should notice what has changed in the picture. An adult and a child can change roles during the game.

Exercise "Sand rain"

Purpose: regulation of muscle tension, relaxation.

Leading: in our sandbox, an unusual sandy rain can fall and a sandy wind can blow. It is very nice. You yourself can arrange such a rain and wind.

Instruction: the child slowly and then quickly pours sand from his fist into the sandbox, into the palm of an adult, into his own palm.

Exercise "Unusual traces"

Purpose: development of tactile sensitivity.

"Cubs are coming" - the child presses the sand with fists and palms with force.

"Jumping hares" - the child hits the surface of the sand with his fingertips, moving in different directions.

"Snakes are crawling" - the child makes the surface of the sand wavy (in different directions) with relaxed / tense fingers.

"Spider bugs are running" - the child moves all his fingers, imitating the movement of insects (you can completely immerse your hands in the sand, meeting hands with each other under the sand - "bugs greet").

Exercise "Snakes"

Purpose: relieve emotional stress

Task: express your attitude by showing it in the game. Instructions: take the Snake by the head or tail and drag it across the sand. Now take the rope like a pen, smoothly follow the snake trail. The child takes the Snake by the head and writes patterns: circles, loops, sticks.

The snakes played in the sand

Do not read the letters!

And they wrote words with a tail,

How can she find out about snakes?

Loops followed the pattern

What happened? Where? And How?

These are letters to Mother Snake.

You are now a wizard!

But the breeze blew

Write the words soon

And he covered everything in the sand.

Help you mother-snake

And in sadness mother-snake: By the good power of magic

Game "Builders"

Very often, during the game, children create various sand sculptures and buildings from sand (you can additionally use special molds), now when using this sand, sand castles will be colored, fish and marine life will be colorful, like in a real sea, and multi-colored will float on a spring meadow butterflies.

The game "Magic Transformations"

It is no less interesting to combine several types of colored sand and at the same time get amazing combinations that are actively included in the game in the form of unusual images.

Colored Islands game (group)

Children are invited to take sand of any color and use it to create islands on the surface of the table, while additionally miniature figures can be used. Then the children go on a trip to each other's islands, talking about them.

Letters

Learning letters? And kinetic sand will help you. It is easy and simple to model from it, so be sure to practice. It is very exciting to sculpt a letter and train their pronunciation options.

Talking with hands

Purpose: to teach children to control their actions. If the child had a fight, broke something or hurt someone, you can offer him the following game: circle the silhouette of the palms in the sand. Then invite him to revive his palms - draw their eyes, mouth, paint with beads, pebbles or shells fingers. After that, you can start a conversation with your hands. Ask: “Who are you, what is your name?”, “What do you like to do?”, “What do you dislike?”, “What are you like?”. If the child does not join the conversation, say the dialogue yourself. At the same time, it is important to emphasize that the hands are good, they can do a lot (list what exactly), but sometimes they do not obey their master. You need to finish the game by “concluding an agreement” between the hands and their owner. Let the hands promise that for 2-3 days (tonight or, in the case of working with hyperactive children, an even shorter period of time) they will try to do only good things: craft, say hello, play and will not offend anyone.

If the child agrees to such conditions, then after a predetermined period of time, it is necessary to play this game again and conclude an agreement for a longer period, praising the obedient hands and their owner.

    Lesson notes

    Lesson 1

    Topic: "Sensitive hands"

    Material: Sandbox - wooden box, painted blue, it contains sand (dry and wet)

    ^ Progress of the lesson

    The teacher invites the children to the sandbox. They sit on chairs around the "sandbox" covered with cloth.

    teacher: Hello children! I'm glad to see you. Today we will begin our acquaintance with a magical land. She is no ordinary sandbox. But to get into it, you need to say magic words and perform a special, magical ritual.

    ^

    Music sounds

    teacher: To get to the Sandland, you need to stand around the sandbox and hold hands. Stretch your arms over the sandbox, palms down. Please close your eyes and say a spell behind me:

    Look at our palms

    Find kindness, love in them

    To defeat the villains

    It's not enough just to know a lot

    Gotta be active

    Brave, kind, strong

    Also desirable

    Do everything carefully!

    ^ The teacher removes the fabric from the sand sheet

    teacher: We are starting our journey through the magical Sandland. There is nothing here yet, but soon you will become real creators and good wizards, get to know the inhabitants of this beautiful country. You don't see them yet, but do you know why? They are still afraid of you, they do not trust you. After all, they do not know we are good or evil, we came to do good or bad

    ^ Educator: Residents will watch us a little, and if we get better, then in the next classes they will definitely come to visit us

    teacher: Will we do everything right with you?

    (children's answers)

    ^ Educator: Okay, then let's start - We will now play one very interesting game "Handprints"

    Game progress:

    On a flat sand surface, children and an adult take turns making handprints: the inside and the outside. It is important to hold your hand on the sand, slightly pushing it in, and listen to your feelings.

    teacher: I'm pleased. I feel the coolness (or warmth) of the sand. And you? (children's answers)

    When I move my hands, I feel small grains of sand. What do you feel? (children's answers)

    I turned my hands, my feelings changed

    Now I feel the sand in a different way, in my opinion it has become a little colder. What do you feel?

    It's not very comfortable for me to hold my hands like that. And you?

    If children have similar feelings, then you can discuss how to do better

    teacher: Let's "slide" the palms on the surface of the sand. When drawing circles and zigzags, imagine that a car, a sled, or a snake crawled through

    Place your palm on the edge and perform the same movements

    Walk with your hands along the paved routes, leaving your footprints, imagining that we are traveling with you

    And now, with the help of our palms, fingers, cams, we will draw bizarre magical patterns on the surface of the sand

    Now we will draw on the surface of the sand separately with each finger alternately with the right and left hands. Then - at the same time (first only with the index fingers, then with the middle, nameless, large and, finally, little fingers)

    Let's play on the surface of the sand like a piano

    And now let's draw with you the sun from the prints of our hands ......

    Well done, and now draw on the sand each of your mood

    ^ Reflection of the lesson:

    Teacher: Children, today we started to get acquainted with a magical land. Learned what sand to the touch. What is the difference between dry sand and wet sand? I am now in a very good mood: I learned a lot of new things. What new did you learn? (children's answers)

    ^

    Now, my dears, stretch your arms over the sandbox and make a motion as if you are rolling a ball. Now put it on your heart and repeat after me:

    “We take with us everything important that was with us today, everything that we have learned!”

    teacher: See you next time!

    Lesson 2

    ^ Subject: "Meet the Sandman"

    Material: Sandbox, sand in it (dry and wet)

    Lesson progress

    The teacher invites the children to the sandbox. They sit on chairs around the sandbox

    teacher: Hello! Guys, today sand has come to us to tell its secrets, to tell interesting stories and fairy tales. Here, in our sandbox, lives the lord of the sand - the Sand Man. He is very funny and knows a lot of games. But he will be able to reveal his secrets only to those who are ready to abide by his laws. The Sandman rarely shows himself to people, but if we are real wizards, we can see him.

    ^ Children. How to see it? How? Where is the man?

    teacher: For this we need to stand around the sandbox, hold hands. And everyone has to say their name

    ^ Children. I am Asya. I am Roma. I am Seryozha

    teacher: And now we must tell the Sand Man about our good deeds. But let's agree that Asya will tell about what good deeds Roma did, Roma will talk about Seryozha, Seryozha - about Katya. So we will prove to the Sand Man that we are real wizards. After all, wizards do good deeds all the time.

    ^ Children. Will he hear us? How? Where is he? He is not visible!

    teacher: The owner of our sandbox listens very sensitively to everything that happens here. It’s another matter if he doesn’t like us, if we can’t prove that we are worthy of knowing his secrets and fairy tales, playing exciting games with him, he will never appear!

    ^ Children. We are good and kind!

    teacher: This must be proven! The Sand Man listens to us very carefully and does not trust empty words, he needs facts

    Dear Sand Man! I am Irina Evgenievna, I want to tell you about Asya. Asenka loves animals very much, she takes care of our hamsters, always feeds them, waters them, cleans the cage. Thanks to Asya, they do not get sick and are always cheerful. Now it's your turn, Asya!

    ^ Asya. I'll tell you about Roma? Roma is good, he gives everyone candy

    teacher: Sand Man, Asya wants to tell you that Roma is a generous, caring boy, he always thinks about his friends and knows how to please them. Did I understand you correctly, Asya?

    ^ Asya. Correctly!

    The ritual of "entry" to the Sandland:

    Music sounds

    teacher: When, with the help of an adult, the guys talked about each other's good deeds, the adult asks them to separate their hands, put their open palms in the sandbox, close their eyes and say a spell:

    Look at our palms

    Find kindness, love in them,

    Sandman, come!

    ^ Educator: Open your eyes, children!

    (Voice of the Sandman)

    I listened to you, I heard you

    You are so great!

    You are magical creators

    I will reveal secrets to you

    You just need to know about it

    Rules of my country

    They are all very simple!

    I will present them now

    And please remember!

    Are you ready to listen to me?

    So, can we start?

    Repeat everything after me!

    There are no harmful children in the country -

    After all, they have no place in the sand!

    Here you can not bite, fight

    And throw sand in your eyes!

    Do not destroy foreign countries!

    Sand is a peaceful country

    You can build and wonder

    You can do a lot:

    Mountains, rivers and seas,

    For life to be around

    Children, understand me?

    Or should it be repeated?

    To remember and be friends!

    (Several times children repeat the rules for working with sand, starting with the words “You can’t bite, fight here ..”)

    ^ Educator: Guys, and now the Sand Man invites us to play the game "Sand Circle".

    The rules of the game are simple: you can draw a circle in any way and decorate it with various objects: pebbles, seeds, shells, coins, buttons, etc. After that, you need to give a name to your sand circle, talk about it.

    You can also decorate the prints of your palms, come up with a story about each finger: who he is, what he likes and dislikes

    Before starting the game, the Sand Man tells us that the sand must be wet. But how to do it?

    That's right, it needs to be watered. Now get started!

    Well done, and now draw each of your moods in the sand. Let's say goodbye to Sandman!

    ^ Children say goodbye

    At the end of the work, the teacher invites the children to wash their hands and sit on chairs.

    Reflection of the lesson:

    teacher: Children, today we met with a magical country, with the Sand Man.

    After saying these words, the guys say goodbye to the Sandman

Maybe the colors of the rainbow are hidden under them? Children look together with a psychologist under the footprints. But there's nothing there.

    Psychologist: We did not find paints. Where is our magic leaf? You fly, fly, leaf, Past the trees, past the bumps, Circle, circle Show us the path.

    Psychologist: The leaflet brought us to a forest stream. Listen, children ... the brook murmurs. Let's ask the stream, where are the colors of the rainbow?

    Children ask where the colors of the rainbow are hidden.

    Brook: I don't know. Maybe my drops will tell you. Take them and try to climb high into the sky. Perhaps there you will find a multi-colored rainbow.

    Children imitate that they rise high into the sky. There is a roar of thunder. A doll appears - Black Blob.

    Blob: Ha-ha-ha! There is no rainbow here! Here are my black clouds. Now I will douse you with my black water! (splashes water on children, children run away and cover themselves with a bright umbrella).

    Klyaksa: Oh, I'm afraid, I'm afraid of bright colors. I'm running away, I'm running away.

    Psychologist: Where can we find the colors of the rainbow? Let's turn to our magic leaf! You fly, fly, leaf, Past the trees, past the bumps, Circle, circle Show us the path.

    A psychologist with children approaches the sandbox and removes the fabric from the sandbox.

    Psychologist: Guys, a magic leaf led us to a sandy lake. Something was hidden in it by the Black Blob. Try to find it.

    Children with a psychologist look in the sand for what the Black Blob hid, and find a map that shows where the box of paints is hidden. The children search and find the box.

    Psychologist: What's in the box?

    Children: Here are magical colors, fragments of the rainbow.

    Psychologist: Let's try to color the rainbow.

    Children in the sandbox create a rainbow and decorate the arcs of the rainbow with colored sand.

    Psychologist: What a wonderful rainbow you have! Look at the Sand Fairy, she's cheered up.

    Sand Fairy: How beautiful my country has become again, bright colors have returned to it, it is now even better than before. Thank you guys, you saved my country.

    Educational psychologist- Guys, I'm glad you see! Now we will go to a fabulous country, which is located in our sandbox. But first we need познакомиться and greet each other.

    Children greet each other, passing a seashell in a circle, call everyone by name.

Find each turtle its mother (children lay out turtles with turtles in flowers: yellow mother turtle and three yellow turtles, etc.). Count how many babies a mother turtle has (one two Three). You can count how many big turtles (three, how many small (a lot of).

    3. Finger gymnastics "Turtle"

    Lives in a shell (banging fists on the table)

    Takes out the head (two index fingers forward)

    Take it back (remove fingers.)

    4. Game "Funny Turtles"

    The teacher-psychologist tells the children fairy tale:

    Guys, listen carefully. There lived unusual turtles. Extraordinary: not simple, but sand - one large, others are small. They live in the sand, so they sand called. At night they sleep buried in sand not to freeze, and in the morning the turtles love to play on sand with your friends Do you want to make friends and play with them? For this we need sand and good mood. Let's do it with the turtles first sand warm-up.

    Tactile workout. The children are around sandboxes with dry sand. Educational psychologist (saying and showing):

    Love the turtles sand to play

    Stroke, sprinkle, knock a little.

    Like this, like this in sand to play.

    (Children sleep sand from palm to palm; knock on it with fists, alternately bury their palms in sand, take a pinch sand and how"salt"; carry their palms on the sand).

    5. Game « sand hide and seek »

    Teacher-psychologist - Guys, the turtles all frolicked, had fun and sand got lost. Have you ever played « sand hide and seek » ? Want to play and look for turtles?

    We will find turtles and start playing with them. Move the sand with your fingers, find funny turtles (children play « sand hide and seek » are looking for toy turtles hidden in advance by the number of children).

    Found? Well done! What kind of turtle is this? (large, small).

    How many turtles do we have, let's count? (one, two, many).

    Where are their houses? I know turtles love to burrow in sand. Each of them has its own little cozy island. Let's build an island for them. Hill houses look like mink (children from sand pour mounds of houses, burying turtles there).

    Now all the turtles are in the houses.

    6. Game "Catch a fish"

    Teacher-psychologist - We have fun playing and making friends. Guys, do you know that our little turtles also have friends - these are colorful fish. Let's find them in the sand and make friends with them (children insandbox rake the sand and find the fish ) .

    Guys, where do the fish live? (in water, sea, river, aquarium). That's right, fish can only live in water, so let's put each fish into an aquarium of the color that the fish themselves (children arrange the fish by color in jars).

    7. Exit ritual

    Guys, we played great with you, but it's time for us to say goodbye to the turtles. Let's remember how we greeted the sand. And now we also say goodbye to him (children say goodbye first with the fingers of each hand, then with both hands together).

    Music sounds, children with a teacher-psychologist leave together in a group.

    Sunny fairy tale on the sand (sand therapy lesson for young children).

    Lesson objectives:

    1. Harmonization of the psycho-emotional state of children.

    2. Development of tactile sensitivity, perception, thinking, imagination.

    3. Activation of vocabulary.

    Equipment:

    The sun and a cloud made of colored cardboard, a sandbox, sticks for drawing on the sand, sand molds in the form of flowers, small bunny toys.

    Members: children 2-3 years old. No more than three children.

    Lesson progress:

    Psychologist shows the children a cardboard figurine of the sun.

    Guys, look who came to visit you? (Sun)

    That's right, and it wants to invite you on a journey with it. Ready? (Yes)

    Then - go!

    Children, together with a psychologist, approach the sandbox. The sun is attached to the wall next to the sandbox.

    Look - this sand is not simple, it is magical and can feel touch, speak. The sand can show children a lot interesting games and fairy tales. But first, let's remember how to play with the sand correctly.

    Can you throw sand? (No)

    Can you spread? (No)

    Can you taste it? (No)

    Now put your hands on the sand. Let's stroke it with the palm of our hand, then turn the palm over. What kind of sand?

    Warm or cool?

    Rough or smooth?

    Dry or wet?

    Soft or hard?

    The sand is cool, rough, dry, soft.

    Let's say hello to our sand friend.

    Hello sand!

    Listen ... He greets you, only very, very quietly. Let's cheer him up. We tickle him first with one hand with each finger. Then another. Now let's tickle with both hands. Now, with smooth movements, like snakes, they ran across the sand with their fingers.

    Let's rub it between the palms.

    Let's take it in our fists tightly - firmly, so that not a single grain of sand falls and let go. One more time.

    Now listen to the story.

    In the morning the sun woke up

    Sweet - sweet stretched.

    And throwing back the blanket

    Stepped into a fairy tale with us.

    Psychologist invites children to make the sun on the sand. Puts the child's hand on the sand, turns it in a circle, leaving an imprint. The child turns after the palm. It got sunshine.

    - Let's draw the eyes of the sun, nose, mouth-smile.

    Did we get sunshine? (Yes).

    What kind of sun did we get?

    The children answer. (Kind, radiant, smiling, sandy)

    Guys, the sun just woke up, it's not very hot yet, and the rays of the sun are short, small. Let's stroke the rays with our fingers.

    Children touch the rays with their fingers. The sun warms stronger, and the rays grow, become long, large. An adult invites children to take sticks and draw large, long ones next to small rays, extending the small ray.

    - Let's stroke the long rays with your finger.

    Oh, look, bunnies jumped into the clearing. (Small plastic figures, possibly from Kinder Surprises). They are also happy with the sun.

    Look how many bunnies we have: one or many? (a lot of)

    Bunnies want to play hide and seek with you. Now you will close your eyes, and they will hide in the sand. After I say: “We open our eyes, we begin the search,” you will have to find them in the sand, digging the sand with your fingers.

    Children find toys.

    While the children are looking for toys, the psychologist sticks a cloud on the sun.

    Well done guys, we found all the bunnies. Bunnies really enjoyed playing with you, but it's time for them to move on. Let's say goodbye to them.

    Goodbye, bunnies.

    Oh, look, while we were playing with bunnies, our sun hid behind a cloud, now it will rain.

    Each child is given a water bottle. Children pour sand.

    Rain, rain pour more fun!

    Don't feel sorry for your drops.

    For flowers, for fields

    And for little kids.

    What is the sand now, dry or wet? (wet)

    The rain fell and passed.

    We all got well

    The sun shone again

    It shone, sparkled.

    After the rain, towards the rays of the sun, flowers stretched their petals.

    Psychologist takes a plastic mold and sculpts a flower. Then he helps the children to make flowers, explaining how to properly put the sand in the mold, knock on it, removing excess sand and turn it over to make a flower...

    That's how many flowers we got!

    Rejoicing in the sun, butterflies flew to the friendly flowers. They want to feast on the sweet flower nectar.

    The psychologist offers children to make butterflies. It connects the wrists of the child's hands, and spreads the hands to the sides, imitating wings. Butterflies fly, flutter wings, rejoice. Raising and lowering the child's hands, the adult depicts the flight of butterflies.

    - The butterflies rested in the flower meadow and flew on, not forgetting to say "Thank you for the treat." Let's wave to them and smooth out the sand. Guys and the sun, it's time to move on. Let's thank the sun and the sand for the fairy tale, and we ourselves will also return to the group. (Children thank the sand and the sun).

    Individual games on the sand

    The child is invited to take a flat basket or tray, go to a table or rack with a "collection" of figures and choose those that attract his attention. The instruction does not limit the child to choosing only what he likes. He can also choose "evil" figures, projecting on them the internal tension that exists at the moment. Each child should choose the figures at their own pace. The unconscious is already “feeling” the figures, looking for personalities of internal processes in them. If a child takes everything in a row and in unlimited quantities, it means that now it is important for him to “work out” the tension inside. An adult does not participate in the sacrament of choice, but he carefully monitors what and how the child chooses. Then the child is invited to the box with sand and he is offered a “fabulous” instruction: “Imagine that you are a Magician (Sorceress). You have traveled for a long time. You were looking for a place where no one has lived yet, where no man has set foot. And finally came to the desert. And you, Wizard, planned to turn the desert into a fairyland and populate it with different creatures... Turn the desert into the world you want.”
    Of course, this is not the only way to "introduce" to the world of sand games. Depending on our goals and the age of the child (a small child usually does not need instructions when he sees sand), the instructions will sound different: “Create what you want”, “Create the most vivid episode of your dream”, “ Create your family from the sand and tell about it, etc. You can also give an addition to the instructions: “If it turns out that some figures are superfluous, they can be returned back, and if something is not enough, you can come up and take what what is missing."
    It makes sense for a small child to first demonstrate the capabilities of the sandbox: dig out the bottom, show the blue color - water, build a mountain, etc. However, before starting his independent creativity, everything must be leveled again.
    As soon as the child begins to build a sand picture, it is important for us to take a place where we are not visible, but we can see everything.
    Some children start building a sand picture by creating a landscape: they lay rivers, create lakes, seas, mountains, valleys, etc. After that, they inhabit their world with different creatures. For others, the creation of the landscape occurs in parallel with the introduction of figures on the sand sheet. Still others immediately put the figures on a flat sandy plane.
    Of course, the order and nature of filling in the sand sheet by children can also be important information for us. Children who create a rich diverse landscape most often turn out to be dynamic natures, deeply and strongly feeling (although this can be hidden from the gaze of a superficial observer), having a tendency to some reflection, researchers by nature, etc. essence. In work, in the search for ways, in heart troubles, ”perhaps this line of B. Pasternak will describe their inner world best of all. But if we see the complete absence of the landscape or its conventionality (for example, a lake or a river looks only like a small depression in the sand - the blue bottom of the sandbox is still very far away, but the author of the picture points to this hole as a reservoir), then most likely , we are dealing with a manifestation of a tendency towards internal stabilization. For some reason, at the moment the child does not want to delve into the bowels of the unconscious. He wants to keep the newfound balance. A “flat” sand pattern can often be found in very young children.
    The sequence of appearance and the arrangement of game figures on the sand sheet will also give us a lot of interesting information. For example, a toy placed in the center often symbolizes the "I" of the child, his tendency to self-actualization. The figurine that appears first on the sheet is a symbol of something most important for the child at the moment.
    Sometimes figurines are buried. In this case, they symbolize what is being repressed into the UNCONSCIOUS or what is still unconscious. Children can bury stones (as potential parts of the personality), monsters (as repressed tension), keys (as symbols of potential paths, discoveries, etc.) and much more. You can ask the child in detail about these figures: what is it, why is it buried, etc.
    When the child finishes creating his fairy-tale land, we ask him to tell about it with the help of leading questions:

      what kind of fabulous country is this;

      what creatures inhabit it, what character they have, what they can do, where they came from to this country (you can ask in detail about each figure);

      what relationship do they have with each other?

      whether all beings feel good in this world, in this country, if not, then what could be done to make them feel better, what can be changed;

      what events will take place in this country, what will the heroes do next?

    The last two questions encourage the child to make changes in the picture, to fantasize, thus projecting their conscious and unconscious desires on the future of the sandy country. The task of an adult in this situation is to encourage the child not only to think, but also to actually create or change something - after all, the figures can be easily rearranged, introducing new ones and removing what is no longer needed.
    Some children do not want to change anything in their picture. They say that everything suits them and they want to leave everything “as is”. This may be due to the transfer to the sand sheet of a state of internal stability. In this case, the child wants to "stop the moment", to fully live out his state. That is, we can say that this picture does not contain an unresolved internal conflict. For a child, such a sand "disposition" expresses a state of dynamic balance.
    If a child says that there is a creature (or creatures) in the sandland who is experiencing discomfort, we ask: “What can be done to make him feel better?” It is important here that the child not only fantasizes, but also acts out his fantasies in the sand. After each new change in the picture, we can ask: “What will happen next? And what will happen when the hero comes to where he is going? etc. The game continues until the offended character at first gets into a more favorable situation, or until the child says: “Now everyone is fine.” This is an indicator that the internal tension that existed at the beginning of the game has been “worked out” at an unconsciously symbolic level.
    If the child says: “This hero is very bad here, but nothing can be done,” we can offer him help: “We are with you in a fairy tale, and in a fairy-tale country the impossible does not happen. Let's go to the magic closet where the figurines live and see if there are those among them who will help us. It happens that assistants are hiding - you won’t notice them right away. But now we will be very careful with you.
    If even after this the child cannot find a helper, this means that the problem is deep and its potential unconscious solution is not yet “ripe”. In this case, you can offer the child to try at least to protect the suffering creature. “Well, both in a fairy tale and in life, there are situations when it seems that no one can help. Let's think about how our hero can protect himself." Thus, we strengthen the psychological stability of the child, "turn on" unconscious defense mechanisms. Perhaps, by the third or fifth game, the child will already be able to find helpers for the wounded hero.
    So, for example, one five-year-old boy suffering from epilepsy was constantly building a fairy-tale country in most of the sandy sheet, surrounded by mountains, a fence, a moat with water. In this country lived creatures engaged in creative activities. An evil dragon lived in a smaller part of the sand sheet. He usually slept. And at this time, people could safely go about their business. But when the dragon woke up (and this was always unpredictable), he flew into a peaceful country and destroyed everything. Neither the mountains nor the fence saved the inhabitants. When the dragon flew away, the remaining people rebuilt their country. To the question: “Can the inhabitants of this country somehow protect themselves? Maybe they need to turn to the Wizard? ”, The boy only shook his head negatively. For five sessions, the dragon methodically destroyed everything. There was a feeling that the child likes to destroy what he himself created. Finally, the boy said that if people want to deal with the dragon, they need to find the Magic Stone (a stone appeared in the picture - it was buried). Of course, at this session, people did not find the stone, and the dragon again destroyed everything. The next time, the boy declared that only one hero could approach the stone, and when he touched the stone, he would recognize a spell that could stop the dragon. “Not to win, but to stop,” the child emphasized. And so the hero found a stone, touched it and heard the spell. When the dragon again flew into the country, the boy, holding the dragon figurine in one hand and the hero in the other, began to whisper a spell (it was a complex set of sounds). You could see how worried he was, how difficult it was for him to stop the dragon. It turned out that "just whispering" the spell is not enough, it must be pronounced firmly and clearly. At that time, the dragon flew away before it could seriously harm the country. After that, the boy looked very tired. The next day, the boy's mother came and said that "something strange" was happening to the child. At home, he began to "squint", which usually foreshadowed the onset of a seizure, while whispering some incomprehensible words. Mom, of course, was very scared. However, the attack did not follow. The baby curled up and fell asleep! He learned to voluntarily extinguish an attack of epilepsy.
    This episode shows the dynamics of the child's unconscious work on the disease. Of course, the image of the dragon symbolized a disease that for a long time with impunity destroyed the positive sphere of a child's life. It is important that he himself came to the spell and its form. This once again confirms the fact that we still know very little about the unconscious and its capabilities and, of course, illustrates the effectiveness of playing in the sand.
    Let's take another example. Another five-year-old boy had serious problems in communicating with peers and adults, as well as a general underdevelopment of speech. Entering the room where the children were, he hid in the closet or under the table, trying to hide from contacts. On the sand, he built the "Country of Evil": in the center of his picture lay a large lizard, it was surrounded by spiders, snakes, scorpions and other unsympathetic creatures, often with tentacles. The lizard was the mistress of the country, and no one had the strength and desire to defeat her. To the question: “Would you like to live in this country?”, the boy replied: “Ha! Yes, I live in it! When he was asked to choose his assistant, he pointed to a hero who was not as evil as anyone who could be negotiated with. This creature turned out to be the Rat. Slowly, with the help of the Rat and the Good Wizard helping her (his figurine was outside the sand sheet and belonged to an adult), the boy “negotiated” with other heroes. He “killed” some of them (by burying them in the sand or completely removing them from the box), and “pulled” someone to his side. This went on from session to session. Moreover, every time the next game began, he restored his picture (albeit with fewer evil heroes) and said: “We will fight evil!” On the sixth game, the boy said: “That's it, there is nothing to build, there is nothing to talk about, the Land of Evil is no more. This is a Good Country!” The lizard never left the sand sheet, but the boy "agreed" with it. After some time, the child's parents noted that he had changed a lot. If earlier it was impossible to get a word out of him, now, when he came home, he shared his impressions, talked about his friends - they appeared to him for the first time in his life. The boy's mother remarked: "It seems that we now understand each other."
    However, you do not have to deal with the interpretation of sand paintings. It is enough that you are the organizer of the environment where the child feels comfortable and protected, where he has his own space, where he is the Creator. By doing this, you allow the child to independently work on his problem, to talk "with himself."
    If you work with non-speaking children and adults, the language of the sand painting will help you better understand the inner processes that take place in the soul of these people.
    Just don't forget that at the end of the game, the child sorts out the sand picture by himself. Thus, the experience acquired by him at the symbolic-unconscious level is consolidated.

    Group games on the sand

    Sand games in the group are mainly aimed at developing communication skills. That is, the ability to harmoniously and effectively communicate with each other, interact.
    The group can consist of 2, 4 or more children. If you are dealing with "difficult" children (aggressive, hyperactive), it is better not to gather a group of more than 3 people - you yourself will be the fourth.
    Children are given the following instruction: “You are Wizards. You have decided to go on a journey in order to find a land where no one has lived yet - the desert. There you want to create a flourishing fairyland. Now you will choose THREE heroes that you would like to settle in a new country. And also take trees, stones, flowers, houses - everything you need to create a fabulous country.
    The image of the Wizard in this manual is “normalizing”: his “code of honor” does not allow children to quarrel, throw sand or destroy what the Wizard creates nearby, activates potential creative parts of the personality, etc.
    When the children choose the figures, you can invite them to create a fairy-tale land either all together or in turn. "Each Wizard created his own piece of a fairy-tale land, trying not to interfere with the other and making sure that his part complements what the Wizards are building nearby." Or: “All the Wizards in turn approached the desert and built what they considered necessary, and each subsequent Wizard added something of his own to the new world. This went on until all the Wizards in turn built a fairy-tale country, complementing each other.
    It is important for us to observe how children manifest themselves in play and contact with each other. Some of them will prove to be a leader, someone - a follower. One will play separately, the other will "spread" the entire territory of the sandbox. You will notice that in sand games, children “turn on” the mechanism of natural regulation of game interaction. So they gain experience of independent conflict resolution, joint overcoming of difficulties, unite, learn to listen and hear the other. Thus, empathy is formed - the ability to understand the neighbor and empathize with him.

    As is known,sandhas numerousproperties :

    Fine motor skills and tactile sensitivity develop, which leads to the development of intelligence in general (memory, attention, thinking, speech).

    The desire of the child to experiment, learn something new and work independently increases.

    Improving communication skills role-playing game, subject-practical activity.

    And most importantly, sand capable"ground" negative energy, which leads to a positive result in working with "special" children.

    I choose topics for my classes myself, starting from the desires and needs of children, here are some of them: "My country", "My mood", "My family", "My friends", "A place where I am happy", "What I love", "My Fear", "My dream", "The place where I rest" etc. These topics are related to therapy. I also conduct thematic developmental

    lessons: "Wild and Domestic Animals", "Vegetables", "Fruit", "Marine life","A family", "Birds", "Insects" etc.

    Classes are held in a specially organized area in the office. My sandbox- this is a waterproof box of rectangular shape, painted blue inside, where the sides symbolize the sky, and the bottom - water. Clean, quartz, sifted fine sand, which is molded when wet. As well as a huge collection of miniature figurines, trees, animals, insects, shells, stones, fish, mammals, dinosaurs, military, all types of vehicles, etc. Classes are held both with dry and wet sand. A feature is my structure of the lesson, which implies a ritual of entering into sand country and exit ritual sand country. Children dip their hands in sand for a while and are filled with strength and energy, positive emotions, which conditionally gives them sand.

    In conclusion, I want to say that games with sand and sand therapy is of great importance for maintaining mental health, the development of cognitive processes, has a great influence on the development of all aspects of the child's personality, forms a humane, sincere attitude towards people and all living things!

    What are the parts of the lesson?

    Who can benefit from sand therapy classes?

      formation of communication skills;

      improvement of memory, attention and figurative thinking;

      development of fine motor skills of hands;

      getting rid of worries and fears.

      Working with sand is soothing (especially for hyperactive children) - it seems to contain life-giving solar energy that recharges us with positive emotions.

    The results of sand therapy classes:

    The images created in the sand are a reflection of the unconscious child. They are like dreams, but you can also feel them. With their help, we bring out the experiences, internal problems, conflicts of the child. This helps teachers and parents to understand the inner world of the child.

    At the lesson, children are extremely relaxed, cheerful and inspired: they create their own world and it is infinitely pleasant to do it.

    Fine motor skills of the hands develop well, finger movements become more dexterous and differentiated.

    Sand therapy is akin to a game, and in the game the child learns the world around him, overcomes difficulties, learns to solve adult problems. Here, the participation of a teacher or a psychologist is important, who will help the child find a solution and a way out of this situation in time.

    Sand therapy is great for language development. Children learn the exercises reflected in the sand much faster, they love to sculpt different letters, words, and letter combinations that are difficult for them. Children who have difficulty speaking overcome speech problems much faster, as sand affects the tactile-kinesthetic centers associated with those hemispheres of the brain that are responsible for the development of speech activity. Older children can learn to make up stories based on what they have "drawn" in the sand. This teaches them coherent speech, retelling skills.
